All Indigo Island goods are handmade and variations in colour, pattern and size should be expected to provide you with a unique product and Indigo Island does not accept returns on these irregularities.

However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied you may send your purchase back in its original unused condition with proof of purchase & the original packaging within 14 days, for exchange or refund. Please let us know clearly which item you wish to exchange the item to and all refunds will be returned in full to the buyers card excluding any tax, duties or postage. Please allow up to 10 working days for this.

For your attention we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. We would also need a proof of postage in case the item goes missing in the Royal Mail. We will not be accountable for any damage that occurs in the post.

If you notice the order is damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately.  Alternatively take a photograph of the damage, and/or send it back notifying us of the damage and we will ready for an exchange or refund.  Sale goods are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

Refund requests will not be accepted more than 28 days after purchase. However, shirts purchased as a gift for Christmas can be EXCHANGED before 12 January 2018 subject to availability. Please note it is mandatory to provide your order or receipt number AND date of purchase for your exchange to be processed.
