Shipping & Returns Policy
Our standard delivery charges are:
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 days): £4.95.
UK Next Day Delivery: £7.95 (orders must be placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday).
£12 (tracked & signed for). Due to inconsistent export conditions we have decided to pause regular shipping to EU countries. If you would like to discuss delivery to Europe, please email email@example.com and we will see what we can do. We apologise for the inconvenience.
Rest of World: £20 (tracked & signed for).
We use Royal Mail for all standard and next day delivery in the UK. Indigo Island accepts all major credit cards through Square, an easy, secure method of online payment. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the website. The goods must be paid in full before we are able to dispatch them.
Please provide a mobile number and email address at the point of order. You will receive an email confirming dispatch and information on how to track your order, if applicable. If you choose more than one address for dispatch, a delivery charge will be applied to each address.
DUTIES & TAXES
Please note that international customers outside of the EU will be responsible for any duties, taxes and other official charges payable upon importation to the destination country. We operate on a “Delivered Duty Unpaid” basis. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. We recommend that international customers contact their local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase completion.
All Indigo Island goods are handmade and variations in colour, pattern and size should be expected to provide you with a unique product and Indigo Island does not accept returns on these irregularities.
However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied you may send your purchase back in its original unused condition with proof of purchase and the original packaging within 14 days, for exchange or refund. Please let us know clearly which item you wish to exchange the item to and all refunds will be returned in full to the buyers card excluding any tax, duties or postage. Please allow up to 10 working days for this.
For your attention we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. We also need a proof of postage in case the item goes missing in the Royal Mail. We will not be accountable for any damage that occurs in the post. If you return an item purchased in the UK for exchange from overseas, we will only send the exchange(s) to a UK address.
If you notice the order is damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively take a photograph of the damage, and/or send it back notifying us of the damage and we will ready for an exchange or refund. Sale goods are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
