A. We charge £4.95 for our Tracked 48 service within the UK, via Royal Mail (3-5 days). We also offer a DHL Tracked and Signed For Service (1-2 days) for £6.50 (Orders must be placed before 1pm, Monday to Thursday), and a Guaranteed Next Day service for UK orders placed before 1pm Monday-Friday at £9.50. Please refer to our Shipping page for all other destinations.

A. We aim to despatch your order same day but certainly within 24hrs Mon-Fri.

A.To comply with post-Brexit European tax obligations we have obtained an IOSS (VAT) number and are working with a compliance partner so that customers are not charged import duty on orders valued at€150 or less (exclusive of tax and shipping). We strongly advise customers to order a maximum of two items - either two shirts, a shirt and a pair of shorts, or two pairs of shorts - so as not to exceed this IOSS threshold.Orders of a net value over €150 are likely to incur high import duties.Please contact us at info@indigoisland.co.uk if you require any further information.

A. Of course, as long as we receive the item within 28 days from the date of purchase. Please follow the Returns instructions enclosed with your order and return your item(s) to:

A. We are unfortunately not able to offer exchanges. In the event of customers wishing to exchange a particular size or print, we recommend they make a new purchase and return the original item(s) to us for a refund within 28 days.

A. For purchases intended as Christmas presents made between 1st November and 20th December 2024, we are extending our returns period until 10th January 2025. While we cannot accept items for refund outside of our usual 28 day policy, we will instead issue customers with a Credit Note redeemable on our website. Items returned to us within 28 days of purchase are not affected and will be refunded as per our normal policy.

To be issued with a Credit Note we will need to receive the item(s) for return with an order number on or before 10th January 2025 in an unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. The Credit Note will reflect the original purchase value of the item(s) returned to us.

A. Our shirts size smaller than most high street brands so please refer to our sizing information where you will find a comprehensive size guide.  We HIGHLY RECOMMEND sizing up if you are in any doubt.

A. No, we have tailored them carefully to allow some breathing room around the middle but without allowing them to be too baggy!

A. Hard to say but sharing the same taste in shirts is a start...

A. We recommend washing your shirts in a cool wash of 30 degrees and air dry.

A. You might experience some fading, particularly with the stronger colours leading to that cool ‘lived in’ look.
