All Indigo Island goods are hand-made and variations in colour, pattern and size should be expected, providing you with a unique product - Indigo Island does not accept returns based on these irregularities.
However, if you are not satisfied for some other reason, please send your purchase back in an unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached and in its original packaging for a refund, within 28 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds will be made in full to the buyer’s card, excluding any tax, duty, or postage. Please allow 10 working days for this to be completed.
We strongly recommend that you return items to Indigo Island using a Tracked or Signed For service as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in transit. We will not be accountable for any damage that occurs in the post. In addition, please be aware that we cannot refund postage, the cost must be borne by you.
If you notice the order is damaged at the point of delivery, do not accept the package and please contact us immediately. Please take a photograph of the damage, and send the package back to us, notifying us in writing of the damage and we will aim to provide replacement item(s) or a refund.
CHRISTMAS RETURNS POLICY / CREDIT NOTE
For purchases intended as Christmas presents made between 1 November and 20th December 2024 we are extending our returns period until 10th January 2025. While we cannot accept items for refund outside of our usual 28 day policy from the date of purchase, we will instead issue customers with a Credit Note redeemable on our website. Items returned to us within 28 days of purchase are not affected and will be refunded as per our normal policy.
To be issued with a Credit Note we will need to receive the item(s) for return with an order number on or before 10 January 2025 in an unworn, saleable condition, with all the labels still attached and in the original packaging. The Credit Note will reflect the original purchase value of the item(s) returned to us.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
If returning an item from outside the UK (NB THIS NOW INCLUDES EUROPE), you will need to include a detailed commercial invoice and waybill, clearly stipulating that the goods are ‘returning to the country of origin’ and therefore not subject to import taxes and duties. This must be stated on both the waybill and commercial invoice. Any costs incurred by Indigo Island will be deducted from the amount refunded should the returns procedure not be followed correctly, or the item refused.
Please send your returns, with details of your name and order number to:
